1. What we collect

• Account. We support two sign-in methods, a one-time email magic link and GitHub. With the magic link we store your email address. With GitHub we receive the email and basic profile your sign-in grants us. We never see or store your password.
• API keys and usage. We store a hashed version of each API key, never the key itself, along with a per-day count of your requests, so we can enforce your monthly limit and show your usage.
• Basic analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for any personal data beyond what signing in requires.

2. How we use it

Only to run the service: to sign you in, authenticate API requests, enforce limits, show your usage, and reply if you contact us or report a price.

3. Third-party providers

We do not sell your data. To run the service we rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers for things such as hosting, database and authentication, and sending email. They only process what they need to provide those functions, and only on our instructions. Automated price checks use a third-party AI model, which never receives any of your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep your account and keys until you delete them or ask us to. You can revoke any API key from your dashboard at any time.

5. Your choices

Revoke keys from your dashboard, or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing contact@indextkn.com.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in, and nothing more.
